Lesson 6: Puff the Magic Dragon

The story of Puff and Jackie Paper is a sad one. A boy and his magical friend that travelled the world, enduring pirates and receiving royal treatements. He roars and Jackie watch his back. The best team one can create, a perfect companion. But one day Jackie grew up and travels the road without Puff. Left alone, suddenly Puff aint strong nomore. Lost his fun and friend, Puff succumb to his loneliness, back to his cave and stayed. Autumn and Honah Lee means nothing.

So what Jackie grew up and Puff aint so magical anymore.

So does everyone elses. We always have something we'd treasure but as we grew up, the treasure changes. We all do that eventually. It got me wondering, ain't it a sad thing to leave the things we love dearly? and what if we were Puff, won't we be sad and lonely?

It's a sad thing to leave a childhood friend, especially when it got you wondering whether you'd be remember or forgotten. It's just sad...

A song originally sung by Peter, Paul and Mary. Heard it for the first time at SuperShow2 Bukit Jalil. They say its a song about Marijuana and War items. My innocent mind tells me its the Dragon. Just Dragon.

---------------------------------------------------
This is to all my people out there. Puff once live in all of us. It died because we feed on reality so much. Take time to walk and look back where you left. It'll be huge to see how much you've grown. It'll be touching to see how much you've lost too.

Puff the Magic Dragon

Puff, the magic dragon lived by the sea
And froliced in the autumn mist in a land called Honah Lee,
Little Jackie Paper loved that rascal Puff,
and brought him strings and sealing wax and other fancy stuff. Oh

Together they would travel on a boat with billowed sail
Jackie kept a lookout perched on Puff's gigantic tail,
Noble kings and princes would bow whene'er they came,
Pirate ships would lower their flags when Puff roared out his name. Oh!

Puff, the magic dragon lived by the sea
And froliced in the autumn mist in a land called Honah Lee,
Puff, the magic dragon lived by the sea
And froliced in the autumn mist in a land called Honah Lee.

A dragon lives forever but not so little boys
Painted wings and giant strings make way for other toys.
One grey night it happened, Jackie Paper came no more
And Puff that mighty dragon, he ceased his fearless roar.

His head was bent in sorrow, green scales fell like rain,
Puff no longer went to play, along the cherry lane.
Without his life-long friend, Puff could not be brave,
So Puff that mighty dragon sadly slipped into his cave. Oh!

the Second Wave

I wanted to write in on Chong Wei's All-England title at first but then this came along.

Like a tsunami, the waves comes in double; the first and the second. im not sure if theres a third and fourth. Judging by the nature of Super Junior, its forever.

There were talks bout the Malaysia fans didn't treat the boys royal enough. This kind of talk can only be understood by diehardfans (which fortunately most korean celebs has)and their haters. and too that SuJu didn't gave the Malaysian their all if to compare the concert be held in Singapore or Thailand. The way i see it- hell i don't care if they gave double standard performance. Seeing em alive is enough as heaven brought down to earth to me. To hell with the double standard. Too bad but us Malaysian,we're so used to it that we don't give a damn. It was ecstatic enough to see eunhyuk jumping around and kicking everybodys butt. If 3 hours of show and 35 song ain't good enough for you then you must be talking bout a different Super Junior; the Martian SuJu. It't good enough they'd chose to have it here than there, where ever the standards said to be higher.

But I've to say that sorry we didn't treat you royal enough. but you know, we'll be always be with you in your ups and down. Even if you fall, we'll be there to catch and walk you through. Say, that accounts for nearly most of the girls in asia you know.and US.and Canada. and Australia.Well..half of planet earth maybe.

Todays thestar mentioned hangeng, kangin, and kibum were unable to join their bandmates ~sigh~ i miss my HanGeng. and wouldnt it be better seeing all 13 standing together, like the way we used to see em. It would be much better.that will for sure bring the house down. definitely!

Bukit Jalil Stormed.

SUPER SHOW 2 LIVE IN MALAYSIA
20 Mac 2010 (Saturday)
Stadium Nasional, Bukit Jalil

Hell of a night worth nearly 1stack MYR. and the best part is it was worthy. I had a hell night out. Pengubat segala kerinduan dan kasih sayang yang tergaris sekadar di youtube. I think they've shown Malaysian the side of Super Junior that we always knew. and seeing it live and upclose is like HD on whitescreen in Dataran Merdeka. Felt like i landed on stars.

Way to go Korea!

like x-men:the last stand. but not these people.not yet.
SUPER JUNIOR: still standing

The flag moment. One thing i like about flag is they shows nationality. They reflects differentiation a country may bring. Like i always said, separated by borders, dake. but being human, we're pretty much the same. Its like, 'hey, we're Korean. but we still love you Malaysian.' guess what? We love you too.
